Who is National Child Support Enforcement Association?
The National Child Support Enforcement Association (NCSEA) serves child support professionals, agencies, and strategic partners worldwide through professional development, communications, public awareness, and advocacy to enhance the financial, medical and emotional support that parents provide for their children.
Who can attend the NCSEA Policy Forum?
The NCSEA Policy Forum is open to child support and human services professionals, private sector participants and other professionals connected to the child support program.
What is the cost to participate in the NCSEA Policy Forum?
Registration for the 2023 NCSEA Policy Forum is $545 for NCSEA members and those receiving member benefits. Non-members can register to attend the 2023 NCSEA Policy Forum for $675.

We look forward to welcoming you at the 2023 NCSEA Policy Forum in Washington D.C. Registration for the 2023 Policy Forum opens mid-October 2022. To ensure a spot plan to register early.
Where is the NCSEA 2023 Policy Forum taking place?
All conference events will take place February 2-4, 2023 at the J.W. Marriott Washington D.C. 1331 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20004.
Is there a special hotel rate for attendees?
A conference rate has been arranged at the JW Marriott Washington D.C. The hotel block opens at the same time as conference registration in early November.
What Health & Safety Protocols are in place for this in-person event?
NCSEA is dedicated to hosting a safe event experience for all participants involved including attendees, sponsors, presenters, staff, and anyone else that will be present at the event.

What are the 2023 COVID protocols for NCSEA Policy Forum?
In addition to all other rules and regulations relating to the attendee’s attendance at the NCSEA Policy Forum, attendees agree to comply with all COVID-related procedures that may be implemented by NCSEA and JW Marriot, and the District of Columbia government, including, but not limited to, mask-wearing and social distancing requirements and restrictions on certain activities that carry higher COVID-related risk, in order to protect as much as possible the health and safety of all NCSEA Policy Forum attendees.
