Who can attend the NCSEA Policy Forum?

The NCSEA Policy Forum is open to child support and human services professionals, private sector participants and other professionals connected to the child support program.

What is the cost to participate in the NCSEA Policy Forum?

Registration for the 2021 NCSEA Policy Forum is $249 for NCSEA members and those receiving member benefits.  Non-members can register to attend the 2021 NCSEA Policy Forum for $399.  Please note: Registration is only available for the registered individual and cannot be shared with others.

How many sessions can I attend?

Registrants can attend as many plenary sessions and discussion groups that they choose! Please note: Registration is only available for the registered individual and cannot be shared with others. 

What do I need to be able to attend the NCSEA Policy Forum?

To attend the virtual conference, you need a good internet connection, your device or computer, and a valid registration. You will receive login details a few days prior to the conference.  System requirements for Cvent and Remo, the event platforms, can be found here.

What if I cannot attend a session?

NCSEA will record most NCSEA Policy Forum sessions and they will be available on-demand for NCSEA members and those non-members who registered for the events.

How do I register for the NCSEA Policy Forum?

Registration for the NCSEA Policy Forum opens on December 10, 2020.  To register, log into your NCSEA account and select Event Registration & Membership.

When will I receive instructions on how to attend  the NCSEA Policy Forum?

Registrants will receive an registration confirmation immediately upon registering for the event. Please check your registration to ensure sessions you registered for are listed; if it's not listed you won't receive the appropriate log in information.  Log in information for the event will be sent to the event registrant only by February 19, 2021.

Can I share my virtual conference login information with other members of my team?

The log in information is good for only for the registered individual and cannot be shared with others.


When is payment due?
Registration payment must be received in full for a registrant to receive access to the NCSEA Policy Forum. Registrants will not receive the necessary log in information if full payment is not received.  

What is the registration cancellation policy and deadline? 

Registration cancellation requests will be accepted until, January 22, 2021and subject to a $50 processing fee.  Request must be submitted in writing to NCSEA Registrations via e-mail at No cancellations will be permitted after January 22, 2021.  Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or system access issues.  NCSEA regrets that registration fees cannot be credited towards other NCSEA offerings. Refunds will be processed after the event.

If I cannot attend, can I substitute someone to attend in my place?
Substitutions are gladly accepted. Substitutions of registrations are by February 12, 2021. Please submit a written request to Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant.
